Fight-fit
Fight-fit is a specifically designed martial-arts based exercise program, not only directed at supplementing fitness and strength for those training in martial arts, but also for persons looking for a new exercise challenge while learning some basic martial art techniques. It compromises high intensity interval training for optimal gain, performing various exercises at a number of stations repeated over several rounds, with intermittent rest periods.
You can expect punch bags, battle ropes, kettle bells, smash balls, hand weights, resistance bands, suspension work, body weight exercises, core strength training and more! No two classes are the same. We keep the body and mind challenged and engaged. Participants work in pairs or groups to motivate one another. You work at your own pace and strength in an energizing atmosphere. Injuries, physical restrictions and varying fitness levels are easily accommodated.
Come and join us for our Fight-fit workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15pm to 6:15pm at 52 Edge road, Beacon Bay.
